French Broad Fall Fest will be held September 27th, 2014 at the beautiful Hot Springs Resort and Spa in Hot Springs, NC. It will be a celebration of fine craft brews from nearly 20 local and regional breweries. Your $75 ticket price includes a 5oz. commemorative souvenir sampling glass, unlimited beer samplings throughout the day in our exclusive Brew Tent, camping, nearly 12 hours of music and a beautiful venue. We will have food vendors as well.

At Oowee Products we have been working hard to create some new leather drink accessories for you. On our travels to breweries and retailers across the country, we had one request that kept popping up, a growler tote. After many trials, we have come up with a stylish tote. Our growler tote, like all our products, is handmade in Asheville, NC and stitched by adults on the Autism spectrum.

Use this Growler Tote to get your favorite beer and then you can transport it hands free, whether you are biking, walking or paddling. They are perfect for coffee, tea, craft beer, whisky or whatever your refreshing beverage is. We have options for the regular mouth Mason Jar and the wide mouth Mason Jar. This new koozie comes with or without a handle. You can customize them with a full color metal badge or with you custom branded logo.

Rocks Glasses with leather sleeves!!

We are constantly trying to think of new, awesome ways to use leather, metal, and wood. Lots of our rock glass leather sleevethinking power goes into brainstorming things that have not yet been (over)done. Oowee has been on the brink of creating rocks glasses for many months now and the idea is finally maturing into a leather sleeve that can hold a finely aged scotch or whisky (or whatever your choice beverage is).

Most recently, we have been working with graphic designer, Chris Hayden, to create some custom, upscale, rocks glass sleeves for Blue Ridge Distilling Company.

Now, being a whisky drinker, I have to say I am thrilled to have this product on the horizon! It’s the perfect complement to the earthy beverages from distilleries. I love the idea of this high-end accouterment to protect my hands from the delectable iced beverage. Makers on the rocks, please!!

They are also going to come in gift packs that will be the perfect present for the holidays. (I know what I’m getting my brothers and sister for holiday gifts!) Stay tuned for the launch of the gift sets!

We’ve been thinking about this for a while and now it’s finally coming to fruition… Oowee Products is now designing and constructing tap handles! We have our 1st order for the Altamont Brewery just about ready to deliver. Gordon from the Altamont has been great to work with. He brought his ideas to the project as well to create a tap handle pipe. It’s definitely a novelty!

tapsOur tap handles are made of wood and metal. They are unique and sturdy and created with custom designs. We have the ability to include color and/or leather.

 

We are brainstorming new shapes for different taps. We’re looking forward to creating tap handles for the local breweries and our trust clients around the U.S.

This is going to be a fun new product line for us!!
