All orders are made to order.

Custom orders will receive an image proof the following business day. Once your image has been approved, your order can NOT be changed, including canceled. There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom products.

“Ready-Made” designs ordered through our website are available for exchanges or refunds.

EXCHANGES: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Include products to be exchanged and the new desired products. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for exchange shipping. *Products must be in new condition.*

 

RETURNS: Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. *Products must be in new condition.*
